John Howe (5.50) won the St Helens Gift. 2nd was Jarred Gilroy (6.00) & 3rd Mark Nichols (10.50). Time was 12.58secs.

Looking at the results it appears Charlie Leek (17.09secs) broke down in the heat and in the 2nd semi both Jacob Descard & Eddie Gates both broke down, recording times of 14.23 & 14.96 respectively. (Assumptions from the results only, may well of just cramped up or be some other reason for the slow times)

Backmarkers Morgan Gaffney (2.50) won the Women's 120m in 14.27secs. 2nd was Kiara Chambers (5.75) with Michelle Davis (9.00) in 3rd place.

Jorden Englund (5.50) won the St Helens 70m to add to his the Devonport 70m win 3 weeks ago beating John Howe (4.00) & Eddie Gates (4.25). Time: 7.76s. Not much between them with Howe running 7.78 & Gates 7.79.

Brodie Robinson (22m) narrowly won the 400m in 47.47s from David McCrae (24m & 47.49s) &  Jarred Gilroy (18m & 47.94s). Robinson was 3rd in the 400m Devonport Gift.

Kiara Chambers had a good day winning the 70m & running 2nd in the 120m. In the 70m Chambers (5.50) beat Lily Castle (5.25) & Sandy Loring (7.25) in 8.46secs.

Michelle Davis won the Women's 400m. Davis (30m) beat Jacqui Dalwood (32) & Sandy Loring (34). Time: 54.65secs.

Ben Covington (80) won the 1000m Open in 2-21.94 from Julia Minnucci (175) & Braden Stalker (80).
