Hi all,
I would like to take the opportunity to tell you a little about Melbourne Athletic Development, which has just opened. We are all about helping athletes to reach their potential through sports testing, strength & conditioning (in our boutique gym) and performance physiotherapy & pilates. Being athletes we look to work closely with coaches and athletes to identify areas of improvement or cause of injury, formulate a rehab/strength training plan and consult on how to make the most of training from what we identify.
To get things started we are extremely happy to offer a huge special for all athletics people (Registered with major bodies under AA/LA or professional leagues). For the month of July we are offering half price on all initial assessments of physiotherapy, normally $85. We are located at 564a Hawthorn Rd, Caulfield South. Although we are in Melbourne, to all athletes travelling to Melbourne for competition if you ever need access to a gym that allows you to do advanced training (i.e. Olympic lifts) we will be happy to give you inexpensive access. As an ongoing discount all Pro runners will receive 15% offer all services.
