Hi all,
I'm really curious to know if anyone employs overspeed training into their 400m runners work. What are your outcomes, experiences...
I'm also keen to hear thoughts around this too.
cheers

According to "Peak Performance" magazine - issue 242, research shows that overspeed training offers no real benefit to acceleration or full speed running. Read issue 221 for a more detailed consideration of it's use.
