Organizers said the Olympic champion Usain Bolt had confirmed he would run the 100 meters at the Diamond League meet in Stockholm in August, setting up a showdown against his rivals Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay for the first time since last year’s world championships. Bolt set a world record of 9.58 seconds at the worlds in Berlin in 2009.
